Birthprocess workshops for adults
These workshops are group processes with 4 participants. Each and everyone has the opportunity to re-experience his own birth in a ressourced manner. All participants attend (with instruction), together with the team in charge, the particular process. One process usually takes 2-3 hours.
At the time of birth, we all have already been taken a long journey with important milestones. One of those is the conception and the implantation in the womb of our mother. There we have gained in strength and size and have developed and learned a lot about our environment through the perception of our mother. So we gained all insights needed to take the important step with our birth into the "outer life". Although we are often unaware of this important development, the memory of this first journey is well stored in the cells of our body.
In the birth process workshop you can experience important stages of this exciting journey and meet consicously your own life patterns and their origin in an impressive manner. With the help of the loving attendance by the other participants, it is possible that new patterns are opend in order to have more choices in responding to your environment. It is important, that the needed resources and attention are being made available, which you may have missed in your real birth.
The workshop can help you to connect the dots in your life and, consequently, to change things. Same time, you have the opportunity to participate in the birth processes of others. This may be a further important experience for you, because you may gain new insights through the changed role you are in for your own birth process.
The workshop is equally suitable for women and men. Physical and mental health as well as filling out a preliminary questionnaire is a prerequisite for registration.
